The Medium Caliber sits in the middle of the lineup. It's linked gold-tone brass, handcrafted, made, and hand-polished in the USA to a mirror finish, with that solid weight you feel the moment you pick it up.

It slides over the head with nothing to fasten. It's on in a second and stays clean. A gold-tone ring set through a drilled hole in the brass makes it leash-ready, and a brass charm hangs from that ring. It's a walking chain and jewelry in one.

Polished to order and built from Heroes Caliber Add-On Links, so it's modular. Add two Add-On Links to resize it, or split one into two smaller chains.

Made with Dobermans, Mastiffs, and Pitbulls in mind, for car meets, photos, and the everyday walk.

Rotate it with the Small and Large Caliber, or put one on every dog in the house.

Sizing & Fit

Because it slides over the head, you need two measurements.

1. Neck: wrap a soft tape (or a string, then lay it on a ruler) where the chain will rest.
2. Head: measure the widest part of your dog's head, usually over the ears.
3. The chain has to pass over the head, so pick the size whose length clears your head measurement.

• You should always be able to fit at least two fingers flat between the chain and the neck.
• Check the fit again after a few days, and keep checking as a puppy grows.
• Leash-ready: clip your leash to the gold-tone ring set through the brass. The brass charm hangs from the same ring.

La Medium Caliber es la de en medio. Eslabones de latón tono dorado, hecha a mano y pulida a mano en EE. UU. hasta brillar como espejo, con ese peso firme que sientes nomás de agarrarla.

Pasa por la cabeza, sin nada que abrochar. Se pone rápido y se ve limpia. Trae un aro tono dorado montado en un orificio perforado en el latón pa' enganchar la correa, y de ese aro cuelga un dije de latón. Es cadena pa' pasear y joya, todo en uno.

Pulida sobre pedido y ensamblada con eslabones Heroes, así que es modular. Con dos eslabones más la ajustas o la divides en dos.

Talla y Ajuste

Como pasa por la cabeza, necesitas dos medidas.

1. Cuello: mide con una cinta flexible (o un cordón y una regla) donde va a descansar la cadena.
2. Cabeza: mide la parte más ancha de la cabeza, normalmente a la altura de las orejas.
3. La cadena tiene que pasar por la cabeza, así que escoge la talla cuyo largo sea mayor que esa medida.

• Siempre deben caber al menos dos dedos planos entre la cadena y el cuello.
• Revisa el ajuste después de unos días, y seguido si es cachorro.
• Lista pa' la correa: engancha la correa en el aro tono dorado montado en el latón. El dije de latón cuelga del mismo aro.
