Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Heroes Concepts, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted and polished to a mirror finish specifically for your order. We take pride in our work and want to ensure your "bling" arrives safely.

1. Order Cancellations

We offer a one-hour window for cancellations after an order is placed.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately through our store contact page or Etsy Conversations.

  • Once the one-hour window has passed, the artisanal polishing and assembly process begins, and the order can no longer be canceled.

2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Heroes Concepts only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service and reliable delivery to our domestic customers and fellow heroes.

3. Processing Times

Because our brass accessories are hand-polished to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Methods & TSA Compliance

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS/UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once it leaves our workshop.

  • Travel Ready: All items are 100% inert and TSA-compliant, meaning they are perfectly safe for air travel and domestic transit.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your jewelry's journey to your door.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please notify us within the one-hour cancellation window.

A quick tip for your Shopify/Etsy settings:

Since you only ship to the USA, make sure your Shipping Zones are restricted:

  • Shopify: Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery and ensure your "Shipping Zone" only includes the United States.

  • Etsy: In your Shipping Profile, select "United States" and make sure no other countries are checked.
